Celebrate the most sparkling night of the year in the elegant atmosphere of Casa Ruffino.
We will welcome 2025 together at the Tre Rane Restaurant, starting with a welcome aperitif to complement the first moments of celebration.
The evening will continue with a tasting menu designed to highlight our wines in sophisticated pairings that showcase the excellence of Ruffino wines.
At midnight, a toast will inaugurate the new year, together with a tasteful buffet of desserts and delicacies, for a memorable experience full of flavor and elegance.

Our culinary approach centers around the use of locally sourced ingredients. Our menu is exclusively crafted from locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The comprehensive Ruffino wine list allows guests to choose from a selection of wines by the glass or bottle, with the opportunity to explore our cellars for older vintages or large format bottles. To complement our cuisine, all dishes are accompanied by our ex\quisite extra-virgin olive oil.
