Aqua di Venus emerges from a project dedicated to highlighting the enchanting Southern Maremma coast in Tuscany. The region's occasional ruggedness is beautifully juxtaposed by the exquisite design of the bottle, which achieved remarkable success with its rosé counterpart. This white wine embodies the same spirit, offering a delightful interpretation enriched by three varietals - Sangiovese, Vermentino, and Chardonnay - combined with Ruffino's winemaking expertise.

Vineyard features
Vermentino and Sangiovese grapes are harvested from the Maremma area, while Chardonnay grapes are meticulously cultivated at the La Solatìa Estate, located in the vicinity of Monteriggioni, near Siena. These vineyards span altitudes ranging from 190 to 250 meters and feature soils rich in organic matter, often with traces of iron, exhibiting either clayey or clay-sandy compositions.
