Ruffino achieves Gender Equality Certification

At Ruffino, we firmly believe that diversity, equality, and inclusion are not just corporate objectives but fundamental values and rights upon which collective success is built. Today, in acknowledgment of our ongoing dedication to promoting equal opportunities and creating an inclusive workplace aligned with the United Nations' ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals, we have been awarded the Gender Equality Certification. This certification is the culmination of a decade-long journey and a forward-thinking policy aimed at supporting gender equality. It has been conferred after a rigorous assessment conducted by Q-Aid, an independent certification body that meticulously scrutinized Ruffino's policies, practices, and corporate culture to ensure alignment with key areas such as equal professional growth opportunities, equal pay for the same job, work-life balance, support for parenthood, and the prevention of all forms of discrimination and harassment. Currently, women constitute over 46% of Ruffino's workforce and hold leadership positions in 40% of cases. The Gender Equality certification represents a significant milestone, but it is just the beginning.
