Managing these aspects enables us to contribute to the peace of mind of our workers and to impro- ve the quality of their working lives. We encou- rage health and safety in the workplace through Safety is an important aspect in all stages of our business and includes vineyard management, including the harvest; cellar activities (wine- making and aging); bottling and packaging; lo- gistical activities; quality control in the internal laboratory and in production departments; main- tenance of machinery, equipment and buildings; office activities of the various department; and activities contracted to third party companies. Our commitment is delivered with the adoption of the Health and Safety Management Systems and setting out company policy. Up until FY 2020, we worked in compliance with Uni Inail guidelines, but due to a process of con- tinuous improvement since FY 2020 we have embarked on a path to obtain ISO 45001:2018 cer- tification. preventive actions, codes of conducts and regular specific training.
