The story

The history of bitters date way back to the Middle Ages, when medicinal herbs were used as a natural remedy.
The word “bitters” comes from the typical flavor due to the alcohol infusion with roots, bark, spices, seeds and other plant or herbal botanicals.

Winemaking notes

Bitters that surprise with their aromatic complexity due to the use of Tuscan IGT rosé wine during the slow and perfect infusion process. Profound and intriguing, perfect for quintessential cocktails.

Bright carmine red.

Aroma

Intense, reminiscent of grapefruit and orange peel alongside herbal and clove notes.
