Torgaio fulfils the need to innovate Tuscan wines for every occasion. Refreshing and ready now, this modernity returns to the origin of Tuscan red wines with their flexibility for everyday drinking.
Winemaking notes
The must ferments for about 7 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 26°, followed by the malolactic fermentation.
Color
Deep ruby red with purple highlights.
Aroma
The generous and entrancing aromas immediately convey red fruit and cherries macerated in alcohol, followed by dark plums and a slice of pepper on the finish.

Soft and velvety to begin with tannins that support a sincere, consistent and refreshing finish.
