Rosatello was a pivotal moment in the history of rosé wines. The original drop-shaped bottle became an icon decades ago, representing the essence of the Dolce Vita with its seductive color while maintaining its function as an everyday wine. Its simplicity, versatility and superb ability to adapt to all foods have fueled the wine’s legendary status. This latest version accentuates the wine’s uniqueness with a solid soul and conviviality, reviving the same idea as more than 50 years ago: the body of a red with the aromas of a white wine.
Red grapes are vinified according to white winemaking methods and the cold fermentation in steel tanks accentuate the aromas, leaving the perfume of the grapes intact.
Powder pink, delicate and glossy, with copper highlights.
Fruit and flowers in a delicately moving cornucopia.
Bold and precise opening sequence, direct and consistent with the aromas, segued by a refreshing feel that continues up until the finish, which proves pleasingly surprising.
