The introduction of international white varietals is the result of an ambitious project, which culminated in the 1980s, with a focus on the distinctive traits of Chardonnay grown in Tuscany.
The grapes are harvested by hand before being destemmed, chilled and gently pressed. The wine is settled naturally before the must is racked and fermented in temperature controlled steel vats for about 7 days.
Intense straw yellow with green highlights.
Exuberant ripe and exotic fruit such as yellow apples and banana, followed by citrus, honey and jasmine.
The composition of fruit and acidity make the wine refreshing, despite its chiselled body, with a smooth finish.
